So I’m not usually much of a Valentines Day girl, and Bryan isn’t much into giving gifts on command. He would rather get me something unexpected and “just because”. He is so great about always doing little thoughtful things to show his me that he loves me. Lately though, we’ve been realizing that there is something kind of nice about those holidays that are set, and marked on your calendar (like V-day or anniversaries). They stop you when you’re all caught up in your everyday life, and remind you to do things that you want to do anyways.
So, in a way, I guess we’re slowly being won over to the mushy holiday side of things.
This year, Bryan arranged to have our favorite florist (Lisa from Bella Bloom) deliver these absolutely GORGEOUS flowers. I love how creative Lisa is with her arrangements.
Look at the cute delivery guy that was waiting when I opened the door (Lisa’s son) 🙂
What a sweet and thoughtful husband I have! Thanks Bryan, I love you.
Later that night we got to work together at a wedding, which is always a great experience. It really strengthens our relationship to get to work as a team.
Hope you had a nice V-day too!
With Love,
Leah
You guys….thanks for yet another blog mention :-). Your photo makes this look like the greatest bouquet I’ve ever done, love that camera angle. And Owen was SO thrilled that his kung foo flower delivery pose made it on your page. Bryan, you let me know any time you want to surprise that special girl of yours ;-).
