I feel like I’ve been a bit neglectful of our faithful blog friends the last couple of weeks. Thankfully, Bryan was able to pull through with some awesome road trip pictures. I’ve just been sucked into the school routine lately. Anybody hear me on that?
Anyways, Bryan and I have a lot to share with you this week. Tomorrow we’ll be putting up a poll and asking you to vote on the photo for our blog header and website homepage for the month of February! Our current one is a bit summery. Oh, but don’t we wish it was SUMMER?!!! (By the way, we are incredibly excited about the awesome couples who have booked us for their wedding this spring and summer. You are going to love them!)
The other thing that I will be announcing later this week (hopefully) is an exciting new project involving income opportunities for refugee women, that I’ve had the privilege of being in on. We want to offer everyone an opportunity to donate and participate as well, so I’ll keep you posted. Now (in this economy), more than ever, it is so important for us to give of whatever we do have because we’re all in this together.
Ok, enough said. Here are some pictures from a session this afternoon. These girls are really special to us, and Sister #1 was the first toddler that Bryan ever photographed. She has really grown up since then! These are just a couple that caught my eye in the first run through.
Sister #2 was still sleeping when we arrived, so Bryan got to wake her up with his camera. The result is some rosy-cheeked, sleepy-eyed pictures.
Beautiful eyes, right?
There was a period of about ten minutes when the sun came out, shining golden through the raindrops. So beautiful! This reminds me of a picture of my baby sis and I about the same age. Sigh.
Thanks adorable little girls. We love you.
Thanks again to everybody who made January an amazing blog month. Each and every blog view is noticed and appreciated (but no, we can’t see who you are or how many times a day you check ) :).
Also thank you, thank you to amazing people who have been sending referrals like crazy. Can’t say thank you enough.
Leah
Those girls are so adorable and the lighting effects are awesome! We are so excited for your incredible summer coming up. We recently gave your contact info to some friends that just got engaged in Salem. Hopefully they will shoot you an email soon. We need to double date again soon!!!!
Aww…. We all love you guys too! Thank you so much, it was fun hanging out. Cant wait to see the rest. Bryan and you really are amazing at what you do.
Beautiful pictures! It makes me want a sister π Bryan does such a good job with the little ones. And I’m glad you can’t see who and how many times on the blog π otherwise you would probably think I was pretty creepy π hehe I’m looking forward to your weddings this summer too, but I’m sad you’re not available for my friend Rachels π¦ bummer
